1. Agreement to Terms

2. Description of Services
Landing Agent provides personalized website creation services for outbound sales teams. Our services include generating custom website redesigns, SEO reports, and product mockups for sales prospects.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Our services are offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms.
We may change our fees at any time. If we change our fees, we will provide notice of the change on the website or via email, at our option, at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
5. User Content
Our services allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content, including but not limited to text, graphics, and data ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that User Content.
By uploading User Content, you grant Landing Agent a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing our services to you.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Landing Agent, a Landing Agent employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services, or which may harm Landing Agent or users of our services
7. Intellectual Property
The Landing Agent website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Landing Agent, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL LANDING AGENT, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them.
